In early 2016, the campaign was in the beginning stages of implementation; thus future work will be critical the campaign to reach maximum impact. Next steps include:
- Reinforce the mass media and community outreach components of the campaign by developing print and support materials
- Use materials at health facility level, and through service delivery partners’ existing HIV treatment structures (such as support groups for people living with HIV & AIDS [PLHIV], peer educator or treatment supporter networks, community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, and others)
- Materials will include brochures, discussion guides, talking points, referral cards, provider job aids, and promotional materials.
