Male Circumcision Communication Strategy 2009-2013

The Male Circumcision Communication Strategy was informed by the National Strategic Framework for Response to HIV and AIDS. The Strategy calls for short-term communications measures to meet the broader HIV prevention goals
of MC scale-up. In the long term, it provides a broad framework for shaping MC communications. The Strategy was a guiding document for the communications team and the overall Soka Uncobe campaign.
