Investing in Health for Africa: The case for strengthening systems for better health outcomes
Investing in African health systems is an opportunity to drive economic development and growth forward, move countries closer to achieving objectives of national poverty reduction strategies (the Millennium Development Goals, or MDGs), and ensure social and political stability by saving millions of lives and preventing life-long disabilities.
