Elizabeth Futrell

(Formerly) CCP | Content Development Lead

Elizabeth Futrell, MSPH, joined the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs in 2011 as a Technical Writer for K4Health, and becoming the Content Development Lead in 2014. She left CCP in October 2018 to become the Director of the Transmedia Story Lab at the University of Chicago. Before joining CCP, she worked in Research Utilization at FHI 360 while studying Health Policy and Management at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Liz was also a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco, a language instructor in Japan, and a high school teacher in the U.S. Based in Chicago, she is an active member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
