This year we want to focus on new trends in knowledge management. 15 years after the World Bank's World Development Report stated that knowledge, not capital, is the key to sustained economic growth and improvements in human well-being.
What is currently the role of knowledge management in international development? What have we learned about learning and knowledge sharing for development?
Has KM been mainstreamed in organizations? What has knowledge management contributed to organizational change? Or has KM within international development made such inroads that it is no longer necessary as a stand-alone domain?
