Rachel Marcus

Rachel Marcus is a Public Health Adviser in the Office of Population and Reproductive Health, Bureau for Global Health, USAID/Washington, where she manages multiple projects within the Policy, Evaluation and Communication Division. Rachel began her career at USAID as a Presidential Management Fellow. She has also worked at Marie Stopes International and Global Health Corps. She holds a Master of Science degree in Health, Community and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and degrees in political science and psychology from Yale University.
