Kirsten Krueger, MSW

Kirsten Krueger, MSW, is a Technical Advisor in Research Utilization at FHI360 with over 16 years of experience in international development and reproductive health. Kirsten specializes in designing and conducting research utilization activities globally and in the Africa region to accelerate adoption of evidence-based practices through promotion to and close partnerships with donors, researchers, health policy makers, and program managers. Her areas of expertise include family planning, community based health, community-based access to injectables, policy change and advocacy, research utilization, and health workforce. Prior to FHI360, Kirsten worked at the University of North Carolina, School of Social Work, leading an evaluation team for a statewide assessment of teen pregnancy prevention and parenting programs. Kirsten has a Masters in Social Work from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work and a BA from Emory University.
