PATH | Policy and Advocacy Officer

Emma is a Policy and Advocacy Officer at PATH responsible for advancing policies that improve access to health products and services for women and children across the continuum of care. Her recent work has focused on improving immunization supply chains and identifying advocacy opportunities to strengthen markets for essential health supplies. Before joining PATH in 2016, Emma served as a Technical Advisor on the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT, providing technical assistance to project countries in various intervention areas, including using data for decision-making, forecasting, and supply planning for health commodities and monitoring contraceptive procurement commitments and spending. Emma has provided technical assistance to teams in Cambodia, Ethiopia, Liberia, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. She holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
