Christine Bixiones

Populations Services International | Technical Advisor for the Family Planning & Reproductive Health Department

Christine Bixiones has over ten years of experience working in the reproductive health and family planning field. She is currently a Technical Advisor for the global USAID project Support for International Family Planning Organizations 2: Sustainable Networks (SIFPO2) at Population Services International (PSI). Christine has supported family planning service delivery programs throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Her expertise includes quality assurance system design and management, capacity building, training and curriculum development, and private-sector health approaches. Christine holds an MPH from the Maternal and Child Health Department at the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Christine is fluent in Spanish and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador.
