Angela Nash-Mercado

Formerly CCP | Partnerships Director

Angela Nash-Mercado was the Partnerships Director for the Knowledge for Health Project until June 2014. She has more than 12 years of experience managing global public health and development programs with a particular focus on knowledge management and information sharing.

She has provided technical assistance and management on a number of USAID and foundation-funded programs on maternal health, HIV/AIDS, family planning and reproductive health programs in many countries in Africa and Asia. Ms. Nash-Mercado began her development career as a volunteer in the Philippines. Prior to joining K4Health, Ms. Nash-Mercado served as a Program Officer for Jhpiego’s ACCESS-FP Project which focused on postpartum family planning. She holds a BA in International Studies and Spanish from Towson University. She has done graduate work at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and is currently pursuing an MBA at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
