Photoshare

K4Health Photoshare is a leading editorial photography collection showcasing international health programs in action and the people they serve. Developed exclusively for nonprofit educational use, Photoshare’s collection includes over 17,000 images available free-of-charge upon request.

Requests are processed in 1-3 business days, with many fulfilled the same day. Requests for photos are carefully screened to ensure that images are properly credited and used in a context that accurately represents the real situation, subject, identity or physical location of the image. K4Health users can contact Photoshare staff for assistance in searching the collection.
 
Photoshare images, generously shared by individuals and organizations around the world, capture the realities of urban and rural life in developing countries. Photoshare welcomes amateur and professional photographers as well as anyone living, working, or traveling in developing countries to contribute photographs.
 
The Photoshare Blog is a forum for photography enthusiasts worldwide interested in photography’s role in international health communication programs. The Photoshare eList provides users with e-mail announcements and updates on new images and contributors. Sign up on the Photoshare homepage and stay informed.
