In Swaziland, K4Health works with the HIV and AIDS Information and Training Centre (The Info Centre) of the National Emergency Response Council on HIV and AIDS (NERCHA). In March 2011, the Info Centre launched its website with support from K4Health. K4Health continues to support the Info Centre to maintain and update the website, including implementing additional features such as a clearinghouse function for the Swaziland Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) technical working group.

In March 2012, the Info Centre launched its first Community Info Centre in collaboration with Nkamanzi community leaders, SAfAIDS, and K4Health. K4Health is also supporting the Info Centre to develop electronic Toolkits of essential resources on several topics, including male circumcision, educational resources for Swazi teachers, and resources for tertiary students.
