Saori Ohkubo
JHU∙CCP | Monitoring & Evaluation Director
Saori Ohkubo is a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience in project management, research, and monitoring and evaluation for various international development sectors including family planning, reproductive health, and basic education. She has provided technical and managerial leadership in the development of project-wide M&E strategies. These strategies assess and document the impact of KM health information products, tools, and services.
She served as an Education Program Officer at the UNICEF Ghana office for nearly four years. In this capacity she worked with the national government and other counterparts to develop and implement the national education strategic plan and education management information system.
