Libby Skolnik
MLE Project, JHU∙CCP | KM Manager
Libby Skolnik is the Knowledge Management (KM) Manager for the Measurement, Learning & Evaluation (MLE) Project of the Urban Reproductive Health Initiative. Libby is responsible for the KM portfolio of the MLE project, maintains the project website www.urbanreproductivehealth.org, and guides the synthesis and promotion of key publications and findings of the MLE project. Prior to her work on the MLE project, Libby worked on the K4Health Project at JHU∙CCP as the communications specialist for their knowledge management electronic products, including IBP Knowledge Gateway and eLearning Initiatives. She created tools and forums for diverse audiences to ensure adequate and current health information via state-of-the-art technology. Libby has KM expertise in RH, FP and HIV/AIDS.
